In this guide we will be taking you through the process of refurbishing an iPhone screen step by step.

Step 1: Separating the broken glass from the undamaged LCD.

Step 2: After cleaning and replacing the damaged polarizer, we move onto applying new adhesive to glue the new glass to the repaired LCD.

Removing the protective layer from the double-stick LCA adhesive.

The LCD is placed in a mold to align the glass on top perfectly.

This is the LCD with glass perfectly placed and ready to be pressed.

Step 3: The LCD with the new glass is placed into another mold for pressing in our machine.

LCD and glass are placed into the machine very carefully.

Step 4: The machine now presses the new glass onto the LCD and seals them together without human error.

Step 5: Then we place it into a vacuum chamber to remove any air bubbles. iPhone glass repair must be finalized like this or the LCD will not function correctly.
